This culinary magazine is the new cooking show that uses food to introduce viewers to the different cultures that shape Québec’s identity. 

Our host travels around Québec, into the kitchens of restaurants where you can taste traditional dishes from other countries prepared with local products. You’ll discover the culinary, cultural and human stories of chefs born here or elsewhere who have chosen to practice their craft in Québec. 

This series takes us on a journey, highlighting the pleasure of eating and the importance of cultural diversity, in both our communities and on our plates!
