In this new documentary series, young chef Olivier Lamin Louissaint sets out to buy a small farm and launch his own gourmet restaurant. Directed by Jean-Carl Boucher, the series follows the process and questions faced by the entrepreneurial Chef Oli, whose plan will literally take shape from scratch. What should he grow? How should he choose the land? How do you get livestock?
